With more than 390,000 square feet of floor space and the latest in manufacturing design and technology, our production facilities are equipped to perform any level of work.
Location & Lead Time
Although we have US headquarters in Peoria, IL, all of our manufacturing operations take place in Zhangjiakou, China, approximately 125 miles (200 km) northwest of Beijing. North Casting estimates a production lead time between 40-45 days from approved invoice date, and 80 days from the date of a signed contract for a new steel product. This includes making molds, testing, certification and shipping time.
